Spark Innovation Project Grant

MAC Students are invited to create something new and innovative beyond the classroom curriculum. They are given support β€” including advice, guidance and funding β€” to pursue a media goal they’re passionate about. Funding is given up to $2,500, and students receive constructive feedback, help, and advice throughout the application process.

2025-26 Spark Innovation Projects:

An educational event at Paly’s Media Arts Center where 4th–8th graders explored journalism firsthand. Learning the basics of AP style writing, photography, broadcasting, and design from students at the best high school journalism program in the United States. Participants received a writer’s notebook along with a customizable booklet where they could create their own magazine, and a free t-shirt!
